Dustin Meyer Photography | Senior Portraits Agreement

The customer agrees that in purchasing products and/or sessions with Dustin Meyer Photography (DMP), the customer is entitled to the services described in the purchased package, including the amount of outfits, optional makeup services, creative services, products, and/or photo credit. The Reservation Fee/Session Fee is required to schedule a portrait session. The Session Fee is non-refundable, non-transferable to another person. Missing a scheduled session without prior rescheduling, the customer agrees that the session fee is forfeit. If a scheduled session is missed without prior notice with the Dustin Meyer Photography, the customer must pay the Reservation/Session Fee again in order to schedule a new portrait session.

Dustin Meyer Photography retains all copyrights of all images from all paid sessions under federal copyright protection laws, and that reproduction of any image in any way without written permission from DMP is a direct violation of federal law and will result in persecution. The customer agrees that any images created of the person in the portrait session photos may be used to promote DMP in the form of images for media, advertising, web, print, and other marketing purposes without prior consent or approval by the customer. Purchasing any photo products (prints, albums, portraits, etc), customers are only entitled to those products and not ownership of those images. 

If Photo Credit and/or Album Credit is included in a portrait package, the customer agrees that attending the Portrait Review is required to use included Photo Credit if a Photo Review session is scheduled by DMP and the client. All included Photo Credit can only be used at the time of the Portrait Review session. The prices for rescheduling a Photo Review is $200. The customers also agrees that any included Photo and Album Credit must be used within 30 days of the portrait session before it expires.

All purchases must be made by customers 18 years of age and older. By purchasing services and products with Dustin Meyer Photography, the customers agrees to the required age minimum for purchases.

By completing any and all purchases with Dustin Meyer Photography, the customer agrees completely to the Terms and Conditions listed therein.
